Club Match 5 - Aaron's Fishery (Small Lake)

For Match Five of the 2026 Club Championship on Sunday, 31st May we returned to the Small Lake at Aarons Fishery that only has 12 pegs. Perfect with only 8 attending. A somewhat chilly day as the match started and the fish failed to respond.

Winner on the day was Brian Harmer with a bag weighing 56lb 6oz. Second was Alan Tunney with 26lb 12oz. and third place went to Steve Bence with 22lb 14oz.

Brian wins the Fred Clarke Memorial for the second year and a total of 162lb 13oz weighed in

Next Club Match Six is on June 28th at Stollies Lake, the LAA Fishery near Abridge. Details will be posted shortly
